ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Operations Coordinator/2IC with demonstrated administration experience, ideally within a healthcare environment, you will join the Bourke Street Clinic, Victoria, on a Permanent Full-Time basis working 38 hours per week. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage a variety of tasks and customer demands. You will be responsible for leading, managing and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations of the clinic, particularly in the absence of the Practice Manager.
DUTIES
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Coordination of the clinic operations as well onsite operations as required
- Effective team supervision of clinic and operational staff and provides day-to day management, operational supervision, governance, direction and assistance
- Assistance with human resource functions including recruitment, inductions, timesheet approval and rosters
- Training support to clinic and operational team members
- Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) program at the Bourke Street Clinic
- Onsite Operations programs delivering medical services to our corporate health clients
- Reporting to the Practice Manager and Project Manager Operations, the role include 2IC duties to ensure continuity of operations and enhanced team productivity
- Promoting and embedding a high level standard of customer service delivery both in clinic and to our onsite customers
- Support the operations team to facilitate and coordinate onsite projects, including resourcing and logistics
- Reception and general administration duties
- Stock management, maintaining a system for provision, replacement and recording of inventory
- Processing medical bookings
- Results management and reporting
- Conduct medical screening where suitable qualified, including travel to client sites when required.
- Invoicing
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- You will have relevant experience in supervising staff, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in co-ordination/logistics of personnel and service delivery
- Ability to engage, motivate, empower and coach staff to achieve desired business outcomes
- High level of computer skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A strong commitment to customer service

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As the successful candidate, you will be an experienced health professional with tertiary qualifications in Exercise Science or related disciplines. Having experience working in a variety of environments and locations, Senior First Aid, as well as Microsoft Office Suite experience and report writing skills will be looked upon highly.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in coordinating service initiatives, and be keen to support occupational health operations.
