We are looking for a driven and experienced Operations Lead to join our team and help us achieve operational excellence.
As Operations Lead, you will oversee high-impact projects and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure the business is set up for scale and driving efficiencies where possible. This role requires a strategic thinker who can understand a problem, research and collaborate with key stakeholders to determine possible solutions, agree with management to select the appropriate option and then assist with the project implementation/ resolution.
You will require strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and improve operational processes. You will have a proven track record in operations, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage stakeholders to drive change and innovation.
