Maxima's Recruitment Services is currently seeking highly motivated individuals for the position of Operations & Maintenance Planning Engineerwith our Government client.
As an Operations & Maintenance Planning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of water and wastewater networks. Your responsibilities will include analysing data, addressing technical challenges, and driving process enhancements to optimize network performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize service disruptions.
- Analyse data to forecast potential issues and implement preventive measures.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and propose engineering solutions.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and contribute to technological advancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in operational engineering, preferably in water and sewerage programs.
- Proven expertise in data analysis and experience with operational automation within OT systems.
- Strong technical skills in engineering design, development, and implementation.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
