About the Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. Based primarily at our Caringbah and Revesby offices, with occasional travel to other branches, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of over 20 branches across Sydney Metro and Central West locations. Your focus will be on enhancing branch quality through process optimization and business system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with branch managers and frontline staff to ensure seamless execution of daily operational tasks.
- Identify and address any operational issues or deviations from internal policies and procedures in a timely manner.
- Conduct interviews, oversee candidate selection processes, and conduct regular performance reviews for staff in collaboration with branch managers.
- Lead and inspire teams to achieve continuous improvement and establish effective teamwork processes.
- Conduct monthly reviews of branch and manager KPIs to drive performance and accountability.
- Drive efficiency, service excellence, safety, engagement, and value through ongoing review, improvement, and maintenance of operational activities.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning initiatives, including staffing needs and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the operational teams.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company Executive.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the rental industry.
- Exceptional leadership and advanced communication skills.
- Diploma qualification or above preferred.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Flexibility with working hours and willingness to travel as required.
