This international company is seeking an Operations Manager to manage, direct and lead the Head Office, Warehouses (across Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne) and the Customer Service team which includes Supply Chain management.Benefits include:

Reporting to the Director, the Operations Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating office operations and procedures.Responsibilities include:
- Special Projects: working in conjunction with the Director on key strategic projects across the business
- Team Leadership: manage 4 x Customer Service & Supply Chain team members
- Operations Management: manage the operations across the business improving efficiencies and processes
- HR & Administration: liaise with external HR consultant and manage onboarding
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years' experience working in a similar role within an office environment
