As Operations Manager you will benefit from working closely and reporting directly to the CEO based in Melbourne. Your role will see you have overall responsibility for the smooth running of their existing services across Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of Centre Managers to ensure high-quality practice, exceptional family and team experiences, along with safety and compliance.
- Overseeing and manage new centre openings, utilising your experience with multi-site leadership
- Foster connections between services
- Recruitment of team members, as well as developing the centre leadership team
- Presenting regularly to the CEO on performance outcomes for each centre.
- Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance
- Collaborate with various stakeholders
- To be successful you will:
- Hold minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Hold a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
- Extensive leadership and commercial experience, with experience managing a group of Centre Directors
- Proven experience and ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Have high standards, and a focus on excellence
- A professional standard of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
