Randstad has partnered exclusively with one of Australia’s most recognised Transport and Equipment Company! Due to continued growth our client is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team.Your Duties:
- Manage employee performance in line with company policy and procedures
- Comply with OH&S standards and all company policies and procedures
- Work closely with senior management
- Assist with the preparation of end of month reports
- Oversee all aspects of the operations and staff– fleet, detailing, cleaning, ready for hire
- 3+ years experience as an Operations Manager in the Transport/Logistics industry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
