Dawson Moving and Storage NSW has been in business since 1927 and current ownership has been for the past 25 years. Based in Queanbeyan and St Marys NSW we service all of Australia. We have contracts in place and we are still a growing business. There is a great opportunity for the right employee once a solid partnership has been established.
Qualifications & experience
- Must have furniture removals experience in a management role. Able to delegate work. Work as part of a team. Good verbal and written skills. Good customer service skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Oversea the daily operations of the branch. Schedule removal activities. Brief drivers and crew on removal requirements. Ensure client satisfaction. Creating waybills for interstate relocations. Operate forklift if required. Provide training when needed and document for each and every staff member.
- Working with Sydney branch to ensure a quality standarad is met at all times. Liaise with interstate agents to ensure quality is maintained.
- Reconciling storage accounts.
