Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the leadership team for workflow and resource allocation
- Oversee studio project budgets and manage workflow against the project schedule
- Workforce management
- Manage project reviews internally to ensure adherence to the scope and project brief
- Monitor & innovate operational reports, handle timesheet management, deliver reports to the Directors' and Principals
- Oversee studio logistics (e.g. facilities management and travel bookings)
Ideally, you'll have:
- Strong critical thinking skills with robust experience in leading change and operational transformations
- Exceptional leadership abilities in managing and motivating cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, ensuring project delivery within scope and budget
- Significant experience in change management and start-up operations
- Previous hands-on experience in operational roles within a busy start-up environment
- Degree in Business, or related field
