Your Opportunity:
We're on the hunt for a full-time Aged Care & Community Services Manager in Maningrida, NT. You'll be the Nick Fury of our Flexible Aged Care and Community Services, reporting to the Executive Health Manager. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes ensuring top-notch service delivery and playing by the regulatory rulebook.
Responsibilities:
- Resource Management: Like herding cats, but with a budget.
- Client Assessments: Making sure everyone's in tip-top shape.
- Culturally Appropriate Service Delivery: Respecting traditions like a pro.
- Relationship Building: Networking, but without the awkward small talk.
- Staff Leadership: Channel your inner motivational speaker.
- Service Delivery Reports: Impressing with your data wizardry.
- Budget Monitoring: Keeping those dollars in check.
- Policy Adherence: Playing by the rules and looking good doing it.
What We Need From You:
- Nursing registration with AHPRA (RN or EN - we're not picky, just fabulous).
- Experience in Aged Care Management (because we need a seasoned pro).
- Remote Aboriginal community experience (big plus!).
- Financial savvy (you're basically the Gordon Ramsay of budgets).
- Compliance target ninja skills.
- Microsoft Office wizardry (Excel spreadsheets don't stand a chance).
- Stellar communication (no mumbling allowed).
- Empathy, warmth, and a work ethic that would make your grandma proud.

The successful candidate will receive a dazzling salary up to $136,000 (dependent on skills & experience) plus 11% super, along with these snazzy perks:
