In this role, you will have a seat at our Executive Table in line with operations, service delivery, workplace strategy, audits and striving toward best practice. This is an onsite permanent full-time opportunity based in our Head Office located in Revesby. Operating in a fast paced and dynamic environment, you will be responsible for managing the smooth daily operations of the business and in particular, the services department.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage and lead the day to day operations of service delivery
- Manage a team of up to 15 employees to drive roster management, KPIs and client / family request
- Managing rosters on a daily, weekly and fortnightly basis
- Ensure a high level of quality is continuously delivered and maintained
- Manage and oversee rosters via our preferred automated system to ensure quality of care and services are achieved
- Provide leadership, support and mentoring to the team to ensure a high standard of quality
- Take initiative and ensure continuous improvement for the business
- Ensure excellence in client service delivery
- Implement, maintain and drive company processes, procedures and best practices
- Manage client service feedback and ensure feedback process is addressed in person / via call and / or in writing
- Identify service gaps and areas for improvement
About you
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a Senior Leadership/Management role
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building, managing, and training people at all levels
- High level interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong team player and relationship building skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work across strategy and operations simultaneously (i.e., able to maintain BAU tasks whilst moving the organisation forward with higher level projects / strategic thinking)
