About the Position
The iMedX Health Information Operations Manager is an integral part of the Coding and Auditing Team. This position is primarily accountable for the scheduling and coordination of the delivery of the services of the Health Consulting division. There will be the requirement to track and reconcile the services delivered monthly, to ensure commercial sustainability of the Health Consulting Business.
Key Functions of the Role
- Scheduling and coordination of service delivery for the Health Consulting division. This includes resource identification, allocation, job assignment, daily service reconciliation, and general service coordination. This includes the end-to-end coordination of Coding jobs including; onboarding, scheduling, delivery, and throughput.
- Effective cost management and commercial sustainability including monthly financial reconciliation, client invoicing, revenue reconciliation, and monthly financial reporting
- Client liaison and service management to inform monthly servicing requirements and service delivery expectations, including resource onboarding and set up on client systems
- Operational improvement of existing function, including input into technology requirements to enable business scalability
- Measuring and ensuring achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

What are we looking for?
- Business Degree or similar
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar operational role
- 3 years industry experience preferred
- High level of commercial acumen, and/or demonstrated business management experience
- Superior organisational, communication and problem solving skills
