Role Overview:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our client's day-to-day operations. The role demands a flexible balance between hands-on removalist work and office-based operations management duties.

Responsibilities:
- Flexibility to jump into the truck for furniture removals when required.
- Office-based tasks include phone handling, job organisation, client communication, email correspondence, and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, including checking truck equipment and managing time effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Requirements:
- Industry knowledge and prior experience in removals.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
- MR driver's license is essential.
- Flexible attitude to contribute and assist where needed.
