Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategies to enhance performance and ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures and NDIS Practice Standards.
- Mentor team members to increase the quality of customer service and implement best practices.
- Manage budgets, incident management, people management, and vacancy management.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including Support Workers, Corporate Services, Case Conference stakeholders, Disability Peak Bodies, and NDIA Personnel.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Science/Community Services/Health.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading complex services with a diverse client base.
- Sound understanding and experience managing end-to-end therapeutic care services.
- Experience within the NDIS space including accommodation, coordination of supports, and community access.
- Excellent consultation skills and experience working with people with disabilities and their families.
- Strong management skills fostering a culture of learning, hope, and curiosity.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage funded programs, attend reporting requirements, and meet deadlines.
- Solution-focused approach and experience in maintaining program efficiency without sacrificing standards.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within a wider organizational structure.
- Sound understanding of Disability Service Standards and associated legislation.
- Current and Verified Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening.
