In this key leadership role, the Operations Manager, Volunteer and Social Programs, will be responsible for the service delivery of our Social Wellness, Volunteer and Innovations Programs. You will lead a multidisciplinary workforce that deliver client cantered care to Feros Care clients within the community. You will ensure critical practices, care, and support services are cost effective, contemporary, and meet the needs of the community-based clients.
The Role:
This is a full time 12 Month - acting role providing maternity leave coverage.
- Actively develop, review and deliver operational performance outcomes to ensure service viability and sustainability.
- Manage operational issues and needs to ensure contractual KPIs and obligations and achieved.
- Provide leadership and operational management across the programs within community care services.
- Engaging with external stakeholders and building those solid relationships with them all is an integral part of this position.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Social Programs, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of the service delivery requirements outlined within relevant funding agreements.
About you:
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing and leading a community, multi-disciplinary team within a health service / aged care / community or relevant environment.
- Demonstrated workforce planning skills, including operational service planning
- Advanced knowledge of person-centered care and an ability to manage the delivery of consistent and professional innovative services.
- Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (minimum Diploma) in Business, Management, Social Welfare or similar field
- Australian Driver Licence
