Seeking an Operations Manager to lead our engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing operations. As a key member of the management team, you'll contribute to the strategic planning and deployment of our operational systems, driving excellence across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all manufacturing operations, including Production, Materials, Facilities/Maintenance, Quality Assurance & Control, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
- Enhance operational systems and processes to support the business, including management reporting, information flow, and annual budgeting.
- Drive cross-functional processes to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall business performance.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning and operational excellence initiatives.
- Manage a comprehensive program management regimen to meet customer expectations and monitor project management systems.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to develop and manage forecasts for long-range supply planning, considering current inventory, lead times, and product cost.
- Direct annual budgeting and planning processes for operations and department budgets to align with business objectives.
- Oversee financial performance assessments and forecasts against budget, financial, and operational goals.
- Manage activities related to manufacturing, engineering, documentation control, and support Environmental, Health, and Safety operations.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent to enhance operational strength and provide career growth opportunities within the business.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment, adhering to company rules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- 7+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong background in Manufacturing and Operational Excellence.
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis and financial modeling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of finance, operations management, manufacturing resource planning, materials procurement, product costing, inventory management, and quality operating systems.
