About this Opportunity
During this 12-18 month fixed term parental leave contract as the Operations Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high quality, confidential project management support to the Program Manager Operations.
Specifically, you will:
- Contribute to the success of your team by supporting, developing, and evaluating projects to meet organisational objectives and deliverables.
- Assist with implementing strategic projects, plans, KPI's and milestones.
- Monitor project progress against project plans to ensure that outcomes are being achieved in accordance with planned objectives, milestones, and relevant activities.
- Provide confidential high level administrative support to various project groups, including setting agenda's, taking minutes and actioning items.
- Plan, schedule and arrange meetings with project stakeholders internally and externally.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, papers, guidelines, and monitor project dashboards.
- Develop, monitor, and review administrative and project systems and procedures.
- Identify areas requiring improvement, make recommendations for change, and manage the implementation of those processes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2+ years of experience providing project management support.
- Experience using project management software.
- High level of administration skills including experience in report writing, minutes and letters.
- Strong customer service skills with a high level of written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Significant experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of business priorities.
- Strong time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, and self-motivation to work autonomously.
- Experience in data (including financial) analysis, management, and reporting.
