Full time, fixed term contract for 12 months.
Opportunity to be responsible for coordinating a broad range of effective project support within the Educational Transformation team.
The Project Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities associated with the Teacher Micro-credentials project. The position is responsible for scheduling, planning and delivery of operational activities within agreed budget and timeframes, monitoring project budgets, supporting reporting activities, supporting course administration, maintaining student and stakeholder data, student support and management activities, and other administrative tasks that arise that are critical to the success of this project.
To be successful you will need:
Demonstrated experience in coordinating and scheduling courses or events, preferably in an education or professional development environment.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise with students, project teams, and other stakeholders.
Demonstrated organisational, project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast- paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Demonstrated commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
