J.P. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of the entire test strategy and execution process for Project Endeavour (a multi-year investment strategy to facilitate the build out and migrations of Australian clients from our legacy global funds services applications to our globally aligned platform)
- Working across a number of functional work streams including transaction processing, static data, securities pricing, asset servicing, fund accounting, financial accounting, tax, compliance, performance and client reporting
- Overseeing the development, articulation and execution of the testing strategy across component testing, end to end functional testing, model office testing & defect management
- Ensure environment and data requirements are specified and in place ahead of each phase and testing cycle (working alongside the Environment Manager)
- Ensure test cases are written by each work-stream in conjunction with requirements gathering, with conditions of satisfaction for each feature
- Making sure end to end test planning brings scenarios and test plans together across work streams
To be successful, you will need:
- Previous experience of managing large scale Programs and complex testing across fund administration platforms
- Proven extensive system integration experience working with blended teams across multiple geographic environments
- Strong discipline across both Agile and waterfall development methodologies
- Ability to lead and drive cultural change as well as strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in managing teams in a matrix structure
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
