Operations Reservations Consultant

Our business is growing, Encore Group. is looking for bright and enthusiastic individuals to join our team with an immediate start. 

Encore Group. are one of Australia's leading providers of corporate chauffeur & travel management services across a large & diverse range of clients all over Australia.

We are currently seeking a professional Consultant to join our team full-time.

The role will provide clients with a high degree of customer service and accuracy.

Rotational Roster over 7 days with approx. 5-6 shifts are allocated per week.

Your duties will include but not be limited to: 

• Respond to customer enquiries, needs, concerns and suggestions in a timely manner to improve and maintain quality of service in line with performance measures.
• Answering the phones and responding to emails
• Dealing with client's suppliers in Australia & Globally
• Creating & amending Reservations & Itineraries
• Booking Hotel, Transport, Medical and other requirements as required
• Identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to maintain a quality level of service and a positive customer experience.
• Responding to a range of enquiries and work demands given a high-volume environment
• General administration duties as required.

This role is office-based, you MUST be able to work from our office in Kingsgrove, NSW.

Examples of shifts once sucsessful completion of probation and traning: 6.00am - 2pm, 12noon - 8pm, 2pm - 10pm or 4pm - Midnight,  

Initial work hours whilst on probation will be during business hours to ensure the best training is provided.

The successful candidate must have full availability to work a rotating roster of varying shifts from Monday to Sunday (including public holidays) we never close. 

Due to the nature of the business and industries we service, a background in Transport, travel or hotels is highly desirable, we have a fast-paced environment.
