We are seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to join our successful team based in in Marleston SA, on a fixed contract basis for 6 months at full time hours. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role will be responsible for providing general operational support and administration, assisting, and working with our customer service team in resolving queries.
You will also be responsible for dispatching and allocating jobs to drivers. In addition, you will be required to perform limited warehousing and freight handling tasks when required.
We expect you to perform as ONE Team as the success of the State is paramount to the success of the organisation.

The person we are looking for will possess:
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to manage changing priorities.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and manage your time.
- Intermediate computer literacy including MS Office Excel
