About the Role...
Our Support Services team provides a rapid response, pest & weed management and playground maintenance service to our growing city!
We have an exciting leadership opportunity to join the Support Services team as a Quality Coordinator on an ongoing basis, commencing as soon as possible. The Support Services team is responsible for providing a rapid response, pest & weed management and playground maintenance service to our growing city!
Reporting to the Manager - Support Services, you will be responsible for supporting City Operations works programs and activities by providing day to day supervision, guidance and coordination to the Support Services team through effective team planning and engagement.

About You...

To be successful in this position, you will have the ability to provide positive leadership to the team, problem solve and strive for continuous improvement, be open to new ideas and techniques, and possess demonstrable enthusiasm and initiative.
You will hold a current (unrestricted) MR Drivers licence (or willingness to obtain), Work Zone Traffic Management certificate and have qualifications in Horticulture, Pest & Weed Management or Conservation Land Management (essential) or related field, together with formal qualifications in leadership. Level 2 Playground Qualification - Conduct Operations Inspection of Park Facilities is desirable.
Incumbents in this position will be required to possess, or be willing to gain a National Criminal History Clearance and DCSI Clearance.
