As Operations Support Manager you will be providing support across the organisation to safely & efficiently assist business operations to achieve exemplary compliance, customer service and business performance.

Skills and Experience: -
- Flexibility around hours and work locations with the ability to travel
- Recognised external qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety
- Recognised Management or Supervisory qualifications
- NHVR Qualifications & Experience
- Strong operational experience in a related industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including advanced knowledge in Microsoft Suite, Fleet Manager & MT Data programming.
Role: -
Reporting to the General Manager, the individual will have an uncompromising commitment to compliance; provide operational support to business operations onsite; identify and manage capital investment works; identify efficiency opportunities; and provide leadership and mentoring to the wider CBH team all whilst ensuring excellent customer service and maximising financial returns and targets
