We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and engaged individual who will bring their experience to deliver a high level of customer service and can-do attitude to our customers. We are looking for someone that is ready to bring their enthusiasm into a busy and collaborative environment to positively contribute to their continued success.
  

Your responsibilities would include, but not limited to:

  • Directly coordinating and planning the daily activities and work of all Field Service Technicians
  • High volume of processing emails, answering inbound calls, responding to mail and creating purchase orders
  • Scheduling both daily and in advance all work to technicians and/or organising additional equipment to ensure first time fix where required
  • Assessing and solving problems, and remedying underlying cause to reduce or remove recurrences
  • Providing support to colleagues and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to improve and enhance activities as customer and business requirements change
  • Responding to all communications accurately and in a timely manner to exceed customer expectations
  • Proactively update customers on service work, including situations where there are system faults, maintenance required, parts or additional quotes are required, and the technician has been delayed
   
  
To be successful for this role, you must have: 
  • Experience in scheduling/customer service or call centre position 
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Proven ability to coordinate and facilitate key stakeholders (internal & external customers and suppliers)
  • Experience in compiling Standard Works, Standard Operating Procedures and/or Work Instructions
    Experience in some or all the following is highly regarded: Pronto/ERP, Call Centre Activity, FX Service Centre, MS Office/CRM/Dynamics
  • Excellent active listening skills, in addition to excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organised and process driven
  • Ability to hold people accountable and have difficult conversations where required
  • Good time management, multi-tasking skills and management of dynamic schedules and priorities
  • Ability to meet and exceed KPI’s
