We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic, team focused Operations Team Leader and Administrator to provide leadership and administrative support to the national Rental Operations Team.
About you:
- Ability to problem-solve and take initiative for continuous improvement.
- Previous experience providing administrative support in a sales/operations role including with fleet management, purchase orders, capex requests.
- High-level organizational and communication skills – written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly excel.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with varied stakeholders across the business.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
- Experience with Mobile Field Service App highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and build a high functioning team to deliver exceptional client care and services.
- Manage daily activity of Service Administration team including KPI's and coverage for absences.
- Prioritize and manage service order execution activities.
- Contract and performance management of third party labor suppliers.
- Facilitate day-to-day functioning of administration for all fleet services including stock takes, invoices and service related Purchase Orders (CAPEX).
- Set up of Mobile Field Service app (MFS) in collaboration with IT Department.
- Stakeholder management across the Rental Operations business to ensure effective utilization of rental assets.
- Support National Fleet Planning Manager as required with administrative activities.
