- Customer focused administration Role
We are seeking a customer focused Operation's Consultant to join the small administration team at our St Mary's Branch which specialises in Equipment Hire.
About the role
Working within the operations team, you will help co-ordinate effective hiring, delivery, servicing and pickups of our assets, whilst providing an excellent customer experience.
On the job training will be provided as you learn to manage incoming phone and email hire enquiries, handle sales leads, generate new hire contracts and manage off hires in our rental management system.
The role is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday.
About you
The successful candidate will need to be a team player with a strong customer service mindset, be computer literate, demonstrate attention to detail and great communication skills both written and verbal. Ideally you will have at least 12 months experience in performing administrative tasks and be able to adapt to learn new systems quickly.
