Tronox is a fully integrated titanium minerals producer and pigment manufacturer. Across our Australian operations, we extract and process rich mineral sands into a range of valuable products including ilmenite, zircon, rutile and titanium dioxide pigment which are then exported to international markets.

Our sites are part of the global operations of Tronox Limited, the world's leading integrated manufacturer of titanium dioxide.

About the Role

Reporting to the Day Supervisor, we are seeking a Day Operator to join our operations located in Australind on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role is responsible for:

  • The safe and efficient production of titanium dioxide pigment products;
  • Receipting, processing and dispatch of product off site;
  • Providing the required paperwork to relevant parties for product movements;
  • Reconciliation of product movements via SAP;
  • Forklift operations; and
  • Coordinating transport trucks with the dispatch team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • A nationally accredited forklift licence;
  • The highest regard for safety and safe working practices;
  • Experience ina fixed plant environment;
  • Prior experience with SAP or similar systems is highly regarded;
  • Good attention to detail;
  • A demonstrated abilty to work in a team environment; and
  • A demonstarted ability to lead a team.
