ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a Permanent position on a rotating roster D/N shifts from our/from the Boddington Bauxite Mine, is located a short drive from the community of Boddington (10 minutes), Pinjarra (50 minutes) and the City of Mandurah (1 hour).
As the Operator Mine, you will be responsible for is to execute operations activities as directed by the production supervisor and operate equipment in line with the production plan and targets for HSEC, cost, and volume and in accordance with BBM standards and operating procedures. This role is Level 6 and offered on a Permanent basis.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
- Execute the production mining and/or development activities according to the production plan as directed by the Production Supervisor.
- Provide day-to-day leadership to work crew and peers, along with coaching and mentoring mine and ancillary mine operators.
Minimum 5years' experience operating:
- Excavators - Hitachi EX2500 and EX2600 or similar
- Loaders - CAT 993K Wheel Loaders or similar
- Dozers - CAT D11 and Komatsu 475-5
