We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with sales experience to join us in uplifting our eye care services!
About the role
As an Optical Dispenser, you will play a crucial role in providing expert assistance to clients in selecting and fitting eyewear products. Your primary responsibilities will involve interpreting optical prescriptions, guiding customers through frame and lens selections, and ensuring a seamless eyewear fitting experience. This role combines technical expertise with excellent customer service to enhance the visual well-being of our clients.
Key responsibilities
- To service our valued members eye care needs
- Dispensing of glasses to identify member lifestyle needs
- Selling of frames, contact lenses, sunglasses and accessories
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment bookings
- Provide premium customer service
Skills & experience
- Cert IV in Optical Dispensing or experience as an Optical Dispenser (desirable)
- Retail or pharmacy experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Demonstrate empathy and show initiative
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, with capability and willingness to learn new systems
