We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual to promote Optus solutions and drive engagement in OFFICEWORKS within the MARIBYRNONG area.
Up to 25 hours per week. Includes access to BIG rewards and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently engage with customers as the first point of contact
- Increase sales through the interactive promotion of products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Have strong problem-solving skills
- Drive advocacy for Optus and demonstrate and build capability amongst store teams through training and coaching
- An ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Have worked in customer-facing promotional or retail environments
- Be well presented and reliable
- Be passionate about people
- Confident in engaging and building a relationship with customers and key stakeholders
- Strong communication and an adept understanding of customer needs
- A current Australian driver’s licence and own reliable transport
- Available for Retail hours including Thursday evening and weekends
