A highly skilled Oracle Database Developer / Data Engineer with a robust background in designing, implementing, and managing complex database solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Database Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain robust database systems, including schema design, stored procedures, queries, and scripts for data manipulation and retrieval. Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of database systems.
• Data Integration and ETL Processes: Utilize Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes that integrate data from various sources into a cohesive and efficient architecture. Optimise data flows to improve performance and reliability.
• Business Intelligence and Reporting: Support the development of reporting and analytics solutions using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE). Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and
deliver insightful, actionable reports.
• Cloud Data Management: Leverage cloud technologies for data storage, processing, and analytics. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Azure is desirable. Implement and maintain cloud-based data solutions,
ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the Solutions Architect and other team members to support the development and implementation of database routines and data strategies. Provide technical expertise and recommendations to improve program outcomes.
