Job description

Our client has a rare opportunity to join their highly stable and vibrant team of Customer Support & Order Entry for a globally recognised brand.
This role will essentially see you handling the administration behind sales orders and handling customers' inquiries.
  
About the role:

  • Efficiently manage Order Processing tasks, including checking stock availability, processing orders, and ensuring accurate pricing.
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders and Customer interactions.
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Handle any returns or warranty-related issues.
  • Basic Level 1 Technical Support when required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Order Processing and Customer Service procedures.
  
About you:
  • Proven experience in Order Processing and order entry.
  • Proven experience in SAP or similar systems (Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, IBM, etc).
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • A keen interest in technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Work on-site and demonstrate a high level of motivation and commitment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer-centric approach.
