Customer Service Officer/Order Processing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and addressing any inquiries or issues raised by customers or the sales team. This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, as well as a willingness to learn about our wine products. Proficiency in MS Office applications and data entry experience are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address any customer-related concerns or issues.
• Ensure that all tasks are prioritised effectively to meet deadlines while working under pressure.
• Continuously strive for excellence in providing exceptional Customer Service.

Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role involving processing high volume orders and providing customer/sales support is required.
• Excellent teamwork abilities combined with the capability to work autonomously when needed.
• Wine knowledge or eagerness to learn about wines is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proven data entry experience with high accuracy levels.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively while managing multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving.
