My client is a leading manufacturer in the HVAC and refrigeration industry and is looking for an Ordering Processing Manager to join their team in Sydney.Reporting to the Service Manager, you will cooperate with Service Team and other departments to support day to day operations and Order Processing.Responsibilities:
- Customer Order Processing
- Customer Invoicing
- Supplier Invoice Processing
- Parts Ordering – Internal and External Suppliers
- Cross training and fill in support for Service Coordination
- Internal Sales and Customer Support
- General Admin and Support Tasks
- Comfortable in use of MS Word, Excel, Office 365
- Understanding of MEBS, SMASH
- Understanding of invoicing process
- Attention to detail and willingness to drive efficiency improvements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience with order entry/processing will be a must
