We are looking for experienced Organisational Change Management professionals who are passionate about contributing and supporting successful delivery across a range of IT projects within federal government.
- Develop and implement change management strategies for organisation,
- Lead and collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts,
- Prepare, support, and equip employees to embrace and utilise the implemented changes.
Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance will be considered for this role.
Required Skills
- Ability to advise and support stakeholders including Executive/Senior Executive staff, leadership, and the project teams to maximise adoption of new or changed technologies,
- Experience in creating and executing communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the change,
- Collaborate with Projects, IT Division, and business areas to communicate and engage stakeholders through the change process, ensuring understanding and buy-in,
- Develop training and support materials to build capability and readiness,
- Knowledge of/experience in and accreditation in change management methodology such as PROSCI will be highly regarded,
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships,
- Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically,
- Ability to problem solve and identify continuous improvement ideas.
