Lead change in a dynamic role, shaping strategies, engaging stakeholders, and driving impactful communication for a 6-month contract (with multiple extensions) in ACT.

Responsibilities:
- Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for sustainable results.
- Plan Development: Create change management plans, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and impact analysis.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with project stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute change initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Effectively collaborate in a small team environment.
- Knowledge Transfer: Provide knowledge/skills transfer to team members.
- Communication Expertise: Develop and deliver targeted communication plans for effective change messaging.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team management.
- Project Communication: Ability to prepare and deliver project communications to an internal customer audience.
- Metrics and Training: Experience in creating and monitoring metrics, along with developing training opportunities for improved outcomes.
- Qualification: Tertiary qualification or related professional accreditation highly regarded.
