The work area
This role sits within the Corporate Strategy and Performance Directorate which is part of the Advisory Services business unit. The Organisational Development team is a small, dynamic team focused on developing and implementing values, aligned engagement, learning and Organisational Development (OD) programs that enhance Treasury culture, and performance and capability.
The opportunity

Be part of a passionate team involved in supporting the provision of Treasury's specific training to build capabilities, cultural competency, future leaders and leadership capability, cultural development, and strategic pulse checks.
Some of the exciting work, initiatives and projects you will be involved in includes:
- Graduates and Vacation Programs – giving opportunities for students and graduates to launch their career in the public sector from schoolwork experience to vacation and professional placements and graduate programs.
- Learning and Development Strategies – ensuring the department fosters a continuous learning culture and providing strategies and programs to build a capable, agile and future ready workforce.
- Health & Wellbeing - supporting employees in improving and maintaining health and wellbeing.
- Learning and Development – providing support and advice on a range of opportunities to support employees in their role and career.
