The Organisational Development Coordinator is responsible for providing a high level of logistical support to help drive the delivery of important learning programs across the Group Organisational Development (OD) portfolio to ensure key learning objectives are met. This may also include but is not limited to assistance with key projects and initiatives including leadership, future talent, onboarding and professional development.
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between Group Organisational Development and internal and external stakeholders. Delivering a high level of customer service, answering any queries in relation to Group Organisational Development programs and services. The Organisational Development Coordinator is also a change agent, capable of identifying, communicating and implementing change and creating a progressive learning environment.
You’ll have:
The ability to identify, co-ordinate and implement training requirements within a complex, operational environment
A customer-centric, proactive work ethic with a strong continuous improvement focus
The ability to organise training equipment and facilities (internal and external) to maximise class capacity and efficiency of training programs
Computer literacy and proficiency in company approved software and applications including spreadsheets and databases
Proven experience managing multiple tasks with demanding deadlines simultaneously
Capability to maintain and report accurate employee training records in a Learning Management system
Strong interpersonal skills and confident, professional verbal communication skills
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, as required
Demonstrated ability to lead the day of operations and provide support and assistance to Learning Managers, Facilitators and participants for an exceptional learning experience
