We are looking to fulfill two roles:
Full time receptionist at our Wantirna South location.
You will join a friendly reception team to assist our patients in scheduling appointments, managing incoming phones, processing payments and overseeing correspondence with patients, dentists and specialists.
Full time clinical assistant.
You will join our experienced clinical team on a full time basis to assist our practitioners in providing quality orthodontic treatment. We provide plenty of scope for career growth, with great working conditions where our work hours allow you to have a work-like balance and no weekend work!
MOG Orthodontics is proactive in supporting all of our team members; providing onsite training and using the latest technology.
Candidate attributes:
- Experience in assisting in a Dental/Orthodontic setting
- Strong want to connect with people and be involved in the clinical environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Self motivated, able to act on instruction & demonstrate initiative
- Confident and takes pride in their work
- Work well within a team & individually
- Professional appearance with a happy disposition
- Savvy with technology and computer skills
- Car and Valid Drivers License ESSENTIAL
