Form of workOur family oriented orthodontic practice is looking for a dental receptionist, for our energetic orthodontic practice.
Dental experience or Hospitality staff are encouraged to apply, as experience in a fast paced environment is an advantage.
Attention to detail, willingness to learn, good presentation and a positive attitude are very important. Reliability is a must. Training for the position will be provided.
Location: Based between our Stafford and Annerley locations, so your own transport may be an advantage for you.
The position is 3-4 days per week, up to 36 hours/per week and shifts can vary between 7.45am – 5:15pm, 10:15am -6:15pm or 7:45am - 6:15pm. Immediate start is ideal to maximize training time.
Remuneration to be negotiated based on experience but above award wage. The right candidate will have flexible availability and be looking to be a stable employee to the practice.
The successful applicant will bring to the practice the following attributes:
- Dental experience OR keen to learn the industry, both practical assisting and administrative aspects are included in this position
- Takes pride in their work.
- Demonstrates initiative, time-management and flexibility
- Great work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills with a positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work
- Friendly personality with a professional manner
