We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a multifaceted role across multiple digital and traditional platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of organizational proficiency, and the ability to multitask under pressure are essential.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing phone calls, emails, and other communication systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth flow of operations by greeting patients, scheduling appointments, updating medical records, and processing payments. You must be able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Prior experience in an orthodontic, dental, or other healthcare setting is highly desirable.
This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients in a friendly manner, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Communication Management: Handle phone systems, text messaging center, emails, and remote patient communication systems.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and reschedule appointments, maintain the appointment schedule, and coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Record Keeping: Update patients' medical histories and details, enter patient x-rays, and prepare and send letters.
- Administrative Tasks: Scan and file documents, process payments and contracts, and perform banking tasks, including preparation, balancing, and daily takings.
- Reporting: Review reports and meet monthly targets as set by management.
- Customer Service: Triage and manage patient queries both in-person and remotely to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the front office area is clean and organized, including cleaning, setup, and shutdown.
- Social Media Management: Check and manage social media platforms, including responding to reviews and messages.
- Dental Assisting - some chair side, sterilisation or dental assisting will be required from time to time
Requirements:
