Are you passionate about creating a FUN and engaging environment for children in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)? We are currently seeking an experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead our established team within the picturesque grounds of McAuley Catholic Primary School in Rose Bay.

The Position: Full-Time OSHC Coordinator 38 hours per week

As an OSHC Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a safe, exciting, and educational program for children. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day operations with a high-energy and positive approach.
• Developing and delivering an inspiring educational program within a generous budget.
• Leading and supporting a team of Educators, fostering engagement and high performance.
• Building strong relationships with children, families, the school, and the wider community.

About You: Successful Candidates Will Have

• A qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Previous leadership experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC).
• A current full first aid certificate.
• Demonstrated knowledge of My Time Our Place (MTOP) and National Quality Standards.
• An NSW Working with Children check.
• Availability for split-shifts in Before & After school care from Monday to Friday.
