• Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
• Execute on the planning cycle to deliver best in class program experiences
• Be the face of TheirCare in your school community. Create a positive relationship within the service community
• Support and guide your team of educators to support the service and community
• Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.

 Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the childcare industry and the disability support industry is ideal
• Working towards or willing to enrol in an approved Diploma Level qualification. 
• Completed a Diploma level qualification

Additional information

• Permanent Part Time - Up to 34 Hours Per Week
• $80,000 - $85,000 pro rata contract + 11% superannuation
