TheirCare is looking to expand its Customer Service team and are now looking for an causal Customer Service Support agent to join the team at our headquarters based in Glen Iris.
About the Role
- Monday - Friday
- Shifts between 6:30am - 9:00pm (AEDT)*
- Flexible shift casual times to fit your schedule
- Head Office Location: Close to Tooronga Train Station + free parking
Responsibilities
- Customer service inbound and outbound phone support
- Managing inquiries, bookings, account administration, billing
- Escalation of any reported incidents or complaints across appropriate channels
- Administrative reporting to support business operations
- Other ad-hoc office support duties
About You
This is a Customer Service role, so your ability to listen and communicate clearly is crucial, maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. There is also a component of reporting involved in this role, so strong computer skills and attention to detail is vital.
There are no qualification requirements, but prior experience in a Customer Service role is preferred. An understanding of before and after school care operations would also be beneficial.
