Your Role
- Deliver a responsive early childhood program reflecting our service philosophy and the My Time Our Place Framework.
- Create engaging and inspiring learning environments for children.
- Contribute to planning, documenting, and implementing an early childhood education program within MTOP that reflects each child’s learning and growth.
- Maintain an engaging, safe, and aesthetic learning environment based on the knowledge of the child, children, MTOP, and National Quality Standards. 🎨

You're passionate about providing quality learning experiences for children, recognising and respecting each child's individuality, ability, and potential. You thrive in a community and values-based environment and enjoy working with children of all ages 📚
Qualifications & Skills 📜
- Approved School Aged Certificate III or 1-year qualification as approved by ACECQA (or working towards qualification)
- Understanding of My Time Our Place Framework and National Quality Standards
- Suitability Card for Child Related Employment (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Right to work in Australia
- Commitment to learning and professional development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage work tasks efficiently and effectively 🚀
