About The Opportunity
As our OSHC Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in creating a fun and safe environment for children aged 5 - 12 years old.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance and support to co-workers with professionalism and open communication
- Leading engaging activities and ensuring equipment is set up and packed away efficiently
- Supervising children during AM, PM, and vacation care shifts
- Collaborating with the team to enhance the quality of the program
- Assisting with cleaning and food preparation tasks
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience as a supervisor in an OSHC environment or willingness to work towards a supervisor role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for contributing to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of programs
- Prior experience working with children aged 5 - 12 years old
- A team player mindset with excellent leadership skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
