About The Opportunity
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of services to customers. Reporting to the Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Processing work requests and scheduling jobs
- Liaising with customers, contractors, and glaziers
- Driving work completions and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Focusing on fast and accurate job completion performance
- Maintaining a high first-time fix rate and reducing incomplete jobs
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role liaising with tradespeople
- Exposure to the glass industry (desirable)
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-centric approach to service delivery
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
