• Lead: Operational & Clinical Leadership to a best-practice focused OT team: 6 x OT’s are in Brisbane | Remotely mentor 3 OT’s in NSW
• Your Team: Mentor & empower your team of OT’s and Allied Health Assistants to assist clients address physical, psychological, social and environmental factors that can affect functioning in different ways | OT’s deliver a comprehensive range of services to NDIS clients incl Equipment Prescription, Workshops & Training | Clients generally present with issues around: Fine and Gross Motor Skills | Sensory Processing | Self-Care | Muscle Tone | Behaviour
• Clients: Plan-managed, Self-managed & NDIA-managed clients
• Collaborate across Projects with other Clinical Leads and C-suite
• Quality Assurance
• Maintain a very small case load of ultra complex clients
