- Deliver a high functioning Allied HealthRehabilitation Ambulatory Care Service, within a complex multidisciplinary environment, that values the maximisation of physical infrastructure, innovative models of care and service delivery, positive communication, and a collaborative team culture.
- Lead, coordinate and support the Allied Health team in providing patient centred and streamlined clinical services in the STARS Rehabilitation Ambulatory setting. This role may also hold a clinical caseload within their specified discipline.
- Monitor, evaluate, manage, and report on activity performance for Allied HealthRehabilitation Ambulatory Care services, including relevant performance KPI's and associated data elements.
- Lead and implement strategic portfolios as delegated by the Director of Allied Health.
- Demonstrated advanced level clinical experience and leadership, including a comprehensive understanding of all Health Practitioner clinical service delivery across the clinical continuum of sub-acute and Ambulatory Care.
- Ability to apply advanced management knowledge, skills and leadership including strategic resource allocation across STARS Health Practitioner Ambulatory Care.
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, negotiation and change management skills within the health context.
- Demonstrated high level knowledge of digital literacy within ambulatory healthcare and ability to embed digital technology into clinical practice.
- High level written and verbal communication skills regarding Health Practitioner clinical service delivery, including the ability to consult, engage, influence and advise at all levels across the HHS.
