Our sales department is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate Outbound Sales Specialist based at our Head Office in Yennora.
THE ROLE
Our company’s significant investment in marketing, the strength of our brand name, coupled with local manufacturing and industry leading warranties give our prospective customers a great deal of comfort in choosing our brand (via you) in improving their home’s décor.
We have 24 showrooms in NSW who are at the front line in providing our customers with an outstanding customer experience, both in person and over the phone. This role provides an additional level of support in our pursuit of growing our revenue through professional and diligent follow up of pending quotes.
As a results driven individual, the successful candidate will be required to proactively contact customers via SMS, email and telephone with the ultimate goal of winning them over to choose our business for their window coverings.

- Customer-focused with exceptional communication and time management skills
- An excellent stakeholder manager; able to liaise with team members at varying levels
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- The ability to build rapport quickly over the phone with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to influence and negotiate successfully
- MS Office proficiency (mandatory) with experience using CRM systems
- Self-motivated, a team player, resilient, politely persistent when necessary, and hungry to learn and grow
